This is a video I send out to all my clients when their home goes active on the Portland real estate market. We created an informative video series in order to preemptively answer common questions when someone puts their home on the market for the first time.

The video contains valuable information about their listing’s online marketing process, the real estate post and sign, real estate contracts, open houses, showing expectations, and more. We have received a lot of positive feedback on this video series. Of course, we are always available to answer our client’s questions throughout the home selling process, this is simply a supplemental feature and one more way to ensure good and constant communication with our Portland area home sellers. I decided to publish this video series (one video at a time) on my website in case it is informative for another Portland home seller.
