Sell your Portland Home – Offer Received
We encourage the seller to do a full review of the offer they received, as it includes closing dates, closing costs, possession date, personal property the seller might not realize can become a part of the sale, and much more. We also offer to create a net sheet for them based on the offer’s numbers. We remind them that the buyer will ask for repairs and encourage the seller not to accept an offer at the seller’s bottom dollar, to hold back around 1% of the list price in their mind to use – potentially – to negotiate requested repairs.
