I created this video as a way to quickly and creatively explain our services in as close to one minute as possible (the entire video is 1:12). I believe I have found a way to charge home sellers less money and provide more and better marketing, leading to faster times on market and ultimately more money for our sellers.

In 2015 in the greater Portland metro area I sold 57 homes in their first weekend on market and 98 homes within 30 days of market. I sold for an average of 102% of our starting list price. I am able to sell faster and for more than the average agent because of our increased marketing plan and fast lead response times.

I believe that real estate agents are involved primarily in a customer service business. Our job is to help our clients through an important life transition and take good care of what is often their most important financial investment. I take that task seriously. If I can charge less and pay more to help my clients, I will – and I have. Thankfully there is such a big margin in this industry that I can do so and still be personally successful.
