Portland Real Estate Market Commission
All real estate commission is negotiable and there is no set standard. Local commission rates in Portland are not published, but it doesn’t take long to find competing commission rates online. Be sure to negotiate the rate with your local real estate agent. Weigh services and experience vs. commission charge. Not all real estate agents provide the same services or have the same track record, not even close.
