Portland Home Energy Score

The city of Portland started a home energy score policy in 2018 that requires the majority of homes for sale on the Portland real estate market to obtain an energy score from 1 to 10 prior to listing the home for sale on the public market. This policy has since been adopted by the city of Milwaukie and the city of Hillsboro.

What My Clients Are Saying

Stephen made the experience of selling my first house seamless. I live in another state but he kept me informed and moved the process along without a hitch. The only thing another agent could have done differently was charge a much higher commission. I only wish he was able help me purchase in my state. Highly recommend his service and business model.
