Choosing a Buyers Agent

When looking for a buyer's agent ask yourself two important questions.

1. How experienced is the buyers agent? Will they be a strong negotiator on my behalf? Will they know what home hazards to look out for? Can they advise me on what homes to skip?

2. Will the buyers agent have time to show me what I want, when I want?

The biggest problem in the industry is answering, "yes," to both of those questions. If you meet an experienced buyers agent, they don't have enough time to help you tour and it is essential to see hot homes the moment they hit the market. If meet with an inexperienced buyers agent, they'll have all the time in the world to show you homes, but honestly, you don't want them negotiating a deal on your behalf.

That is why Kami Price leads a small team of dedicated buyers agents. She is our lead buyers agent and conducts all the negotiations on your behalf. But she has multiple buyers agents on her team ready to show you any home, any day. This way our home buying clients get the time they need and top-tier negotiations that can only come from an experienced agent who has closed hundreds of sales.

If you’re considering buying a home in the next twelve months, Kami Price, buyers specialist, would love to hear what you’re looking for. Call today to set an appointment with the team.

What My Clients Are Saying

We have worked with many Realtors over the years and Stephen is by far the best we have ever met. He's very knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly. We had multiple offers after one day, not because we were under priced but because we had maximum exposure at the appropriate price!
