Fivestar Professional Award Winner – 2021 to 2012

Fivestar Professional is a nationally recognized award given out for excellent customer service. The Fivestar real estate agent award is the largest and most widely published real estate award program in North America, covering more than 40 major real estate markets. Fivestar Professional surveys recent home buyers and home sellers each year across the country and gives out its awards to the top surveyed agents.

I’ve won the Fivestar Professional customer service award every year since 2012. Less than 1% of Realtors have won the Fivestar Award for more than 5 years in a row.

Fivestreet has increased its criteria over the years. In years past, Fivestar would give this customer service award out to over 7% of the best rated real estate agents. Since 2018, less than 5% of local Realtors win the award. Fivestar Professional wants to make sure that they are only awarding the best of the best.

Also to receive the Fivestar award you have to have been licensed for more than three years (I’ve been licensed in Oregon since 2003) and met a minimum sales record which I greatly exceed. Fivestar Professional sends out a survey, by mail and phone, to recent clients. Each respondent is asked to evaluate only real estate agents with whom they have worked and evaluate them based upon ten criteria: customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, negotiation, closing preparation, sale service, finds the right home, marketing of home, and overall satisfaction. Additionally, respondents are asked whether they would recommend the agent to a friend. Just a note, the Fivestar award is published in the Portland Monthly magazine in the spring of each year. They don’t list all the award winners in that publication, but only those who pay for an ad. They do list all the winners on the Fivestar website. I’m pleased to have won the award multiple times. In addition to the Fivestar award we also independently verify our online customer reviews through Arrivala.com and place the majority of our real estate agent reviews on Zillow, which independently verifies those reviews as well. Personal Note

I have thoroughly enjoyed working as a real estate agent in the Portland real estate market since 2003 and greatly appreciate the willingness of my past clients to give me a good review or survey. The demand for my services has increased over the years and so a number of years ago I put together a small team. I’m thrilled that the good reviews and surveys have continued. I still represent my own clients to this day, and I hope to work with you!
