Number 1 Listing Agent in Portland Oregon
We did it again! For 2 years running, we sold more listings in the Portland metro tri-county (Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas Counties) area than any other. There are roughly 8,800 Realtors in this same tri-county area. These listing sales numbers come directly from our local MLS, RMLS.
How to choose a top real estate agent?
There are many ways to determine who the best real estate agent is for you, but most will agree the top factors are: overall experience, sales record, and verified customer reviews. I’ll throw in one more, a real estate agent that doesn’t use his success record to charge top commission rates. I’ve kept my rates at a reasonable 4.25% commission max.
Top Reviewed Real Estate Agent
We have collected over 200 verified real estate agent reviews which we post on Zillow, Arrivala.com, and others. We have also received numerous independent customer service awards including Five Star Professional and Three Best Rated. I read and appreciate each and every client review that we receive.
Experienced Real Estate Agent.
I’ve been a licensed Broker in Oregon since 2003 and counting my teammates, we have over 50 years of licensed experience on our small team. We have experience in hundreds of local homes sales of all types and varieties. I’ve seen the highs and lows of the local Portland real estate market and worked full time through the worst of the last recession.
Top-Shelf Sales Record
Since 2013, I’ve ranked in the top 5% of real estate agents in the U.S.
Customer Service Focus
At this point in my real estate career, I could charge more, but I will not. I believe in our pay less and get more model, where we charge a reasonable commission rate but pay more to market our homes so they sell faster – 146 homes in less than 30 days on market and 78 homes in their first weekend in 2017. Not all seller’s real estate agents are the same, they offer different levels of service and use different marketing strategies and programs. I hope we can put our Portland real estate services to work for you!January 30, 2018
