There are many ways to determine who the best real estate agent is for you, but most will agree the top factors are: overall experience, sales record, and verified customer reviews. I’ll throw in one more, a real estate agent that doesn’t use his success record to charge top commission rates. I’ve kept my rates at a reasonable 4.5% commission max.
