1.7% to Sell a Home

In the Portland metro area and in SW Washington we charge 1.7% commission to sell a home. In Salem and Bend, we charge 2% commission to sell a home. We never charge any additional fees (all our services are included) and we back up our contracts with a cancel anytime policy for no charge. The commission is only due if we sell the home, otherwise there is no charge for our services.

We aim to provide the easiest real estate contracts in town. We are confident that we will serve our clients well and have no desire to lock them into a long term contract. Our clients can cancel the listing contract for no charge, anytime, with 24 hours notice. The only time our clients cannot cancel is when we are in a pending contact with a buyer (multi-party contract).
